Do you have some specific goal with fasting?
- Not really, certainly it's not weight loss, maybe weight control but I don't know if that works for me as I never tested fasting only regiment without other implicators like traning. I believe in autophagy.

What's your fasting regiment and how strict are you?
- Initially I've experimented with various fasting regiments but on average I'm around 17h, I skip fridays and saturdays. There are bunch of times when I break early which is obvious as I only completed 500 in 4y and that's moslty when my routine is shaken or I some random YOLO/Foodie moment.

Favorite fast breaker?
- It's usually protein smoothie with avocado, leaf vegetables, oats, ginger, oat milk. After drinking it I finish with handful of nuts, usually almonds.

- Electrolites/magnesium.
